We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 4-7 working days. However, please make allowances for particularly busy periods, global pandemics, adverse weather conditions or industrial action – these factors may have an impact on delivery and dispatch times. Please also note that our delivery times are estimates.
All delivery times are estimates and our business hours for dispatch are between 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
We use new and recycled packaging for sending our orders. Depending on the size of the order, the items get delivered in envelopes or boxes - usually recycled.
Some items may still be packed in plastic, however all our air bags and bubble wrap are biodegradable.
We do not currently provide a gift-wrapping service.
We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK.
Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

Usually the delivery services try to stick to the same level of service across the UK, but for some more
remote
areas, on occasion, there might be a day or two delay.
Please note we are unable to send liquids by DHL packet plus (such as fragrance oils, essential oils, massage oils and room sprays.
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils, Organic essential oils or products which contain alcohol such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes.) We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road ONLY. We are unable to send dangerous goods by air.
When an item is shipped outside of the UK the end receiver is liable to any and all customs charges and/or local release charges. In the case of these deliveries ownership of the goods transfers to the end receiver when the goods arrive in the destination country.
